About the Role
You will represent the Instrumentation and Control Commissioning Group on worldwide project assignments and actively contribute to the energy transition by commissioning Siemens Energy scope on large-scale projects such as world-class and low-emission power plants, grid-stabilizing systems, and battery energy storage systems. You will ensure the trouble-free operation of Instrumentation and Control and Distributed Control System equipment, work in a multinational on-site team, and provide feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Hands-on commissioning of the Distributed Control System, Instrumentation and Control systems, and process systems for combined cycle power plants and energy-transition solutions on new construction sites up to handover to the customer.
- Carry out tests on protection and control systems, as well as control optimization and troubleshooting using Siemens Energy DCS System OMNIVISE T3000 or similar.
- Collaborate with internal team members, guide and coordinate external partners and sub-contractors, and interact with the customer.
- Represent the Siemens Energy scope on worldwide projects and help ensure quality of services and on-site feedback for continuous improvement.
- What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Robotics or Control Engineering) (BSc or MSc) or substantial professional experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Business fluent German and fluent English; additional languages desirable.
- High willingness to travel and live abroad worldwide for extended periods.
- Self-sufficient, independent, quality-oriented, team player with excellent adaptability.
- Driving license class B (Germany).

- Experience with Siemens Energy OMNIVISE T3000 or similar DCS platforms.
- Experience on large-scale power plant projects, grid stabilization, or energy storage systems.
