About the Role The Commissioning Control Systems Specialist provides technical and operational support for day-to-day control computing systems and infrastructure in refinery/chemical plant environments, with a focus on implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks and programming/control system integration for building automation. What You'll Do
- Implement, maintain and troubleshoot TCP/IP based networks for process control computing systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor computing system and network performance; ensure system reliability and security.
- Program control systems and integrate with other systems related to building automation.
- Provide technical and operational support for day-to-day operations of refinery and chemical plant process control systems. What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a High Density Polyethylene Plant.
- Fluent English; excellent IT and analytical skills; excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal, team-oriented, self-motivated with a bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Desirable: experience with Lyondell-Basell licensed technology Hostalen Advance Cascade Process (HACP®). Nice to Have
- Experience with Hostalen Advance Cascade Process (HACP®) technology is desirable. Compensation & Benefits
