Back of House (BOH) – Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
Ensure food is presented consistently and meets company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO principles.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or wastage.
Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and prepared food items.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Comply with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Positions: Sr CDP, Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, Butcher, Baker, and Pastry Chef.
