About the Restaurant We are an upcoming five-star restaurant located in Victoria Island, Lagos, with our facility currently under construction. As we prepare to establish an exceptional fine-dining experience, we are seeking passionate, skilled, and experienced culinary professionals to join our kitchen team.
Available Positions
- Commis Chef Salary: ₦300,000/Month
- Sous Chef Salary: ₦500,000/Month
- Head Chef Salary: ₦600,000/Month
Requirements
- Experience: Relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, or professional kitchen environment (experience requirements depend on the position)
- Culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of local, continental, and international cuisines
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of food preparation, menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management
- Leadership: Ability to work independently, manage kitchen teams, and perform effectively under pressure, particularly for senior positions
- Professionalism: Must be organised, creative, punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Education: Culinary certification or professional training is an added advantage
