Per la gestione dei corner Timberland e Napapijri all'interno di Coin Firenze Loggia, siamo alla ricerca di 1 commesso/a part-time 30 ore che verrà inserito/a inizialmente tramite contratto a termine.

Le principali mansioni saranno:

• Assistenza alla vendita avvalendosi della formazione ricevuta (prodotti, servizio al cliente)
• Occuparsi dell’assortimento giornaliero del punto vendita, verificando l’adeguata copertura di taglie e modelli.
• Verifica costante che tutta le merce in spazio vendita sia fornita di antitaccheggio
• Organizzare layout e visual secondo le linee aziendali
• Organizzare lo stock in magazzino mantenendo il locale sistemato e pulito
• Curare la movimentazione giornaliera della merce sia in entrata che in uscita
• Aggiornamento prezzatura merce (saldi e promozioni)
• Gestione di resi ed inventari secondo le procedure aziendali
• Assicurare il rispetto rigoroso delle procedure aziendali in ogni momento

Requisiti

• tassativa esperienza di almeno due anni nella vendita assistita di abbigliamento e calzature
• buone capacità relazionali: predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, proattività, spirito di intraprendenza, entusiasmo e voglia di mettersi alla prova, spirito di collaborazione
• problem solving: persona spigliata che possa essere in grado di gestire le priorità
• forte motivazione
• flessibilità: disponibilità a lavorare durante i week-end e le festività
• automunito/a o comunque in grado di poter raggiungere autonomamente il centro per poter rispettare i turni di lavori assegnati
