About the Role We are seeking a Commercial Training Manager to join the Construction Equipment team supporting the North American region. The role will build, manage, and execute a structured commercial training ecosystem that enables sales teams, dealers, and internal stakeholders to confidently position, sell, and support CNH's construction equipment portfolio. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive North American commercial training strategy and annual training plan aligned with product launches, portfolio priorities, and commercial objectives for internal and external audiences.
- Design and maintain structured training paths for different commercial roles, experience levels, and market needs within North America.
- Translate Product Marketing and Product Management inputs into clear, concise, and actionable training content focused on real-world application.
- Manage the organization, prioritization, and lifecycle of commercial training content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and consistency.
- Deliver training through appropriate formats (in-person, virtual, digital platforms), balancing effectiveness, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to ensure training reflects approved value propositions, product positioning, and commercial messaging.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to support technical accuracy and application understanding.
- Support product launches, dealer training programs, and adoption efforts. What We're Looking For
- Experience designing and delivering commercial training programs for sales teams, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate product messaging and market strategy into clear, actionable training content.
- Strong collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure alignment and technical accuracy.
- Experience delivering training across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, digital platforms) and managing the lifecycle of training content.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with North American markets and the construction equipment industry is a plus.
