What you’ll do
- The Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness across Henkel ACA’s Commercial team. This individual sits on the Commercial Excellence team while supporting the greater sales team. This person will serve as a highly organized, action-oriented partner who helps improve communication, coordination, execution, and overall team efficiency. This role supports both executive-level initiatives and broader cross-functional team operations, helping ensure projects, meetings, priorities, and communications move forward effectively. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
