Commercial Project Manager

About the Role

Overall responsibility for delivering projects across designated levels including cost, time, quality, and scope. Manage projects within the budget and schedule, contributing to sales results and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the project team to ensure cooperation, productivity and wellbeing, including coaching and team development.

What You'll Do

• Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
• Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
• Work breakdown and planning the project into phases to fulfil the plan and meet the project tollgates and milestones in full according to time, budget and quality.
• Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and systems (OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance, etc.).
• Identify, develop risk response plan, monitor and control project risks.
• Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO´s).
• Identify, engage and manage internal and external project stakeholders.
• Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
• Support WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies as input to improving processes and systems.
• Demonstrate self-awareness for wellbeing and secure the work approach for team members is aligned with wellbeing priorities.
• What We're Looking For
• 3+ years (full-time) experience as Commercial Project Manager or equivalent depending on background education.
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with or willingness to utilize global processes and systems (e.g., OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance).
