We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual management of construction projects in the UAE.

Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, including variations, claims, extensions of time and disputes.
Monitor project budgets, costs and cash flow, providing regular financial reporting and forecasts.
Lead tender submissions, cost estimates, commercial proposals and subcontractor/supplier evaluations.
Identify commercial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure contractual, regulatory and internal compliance.
Lead and mentor the commercial team, including Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Contract Administrators.
Work closely with project, procurement, finance and legal teams to ensure effective commercial delivery.
Drive improvements in commercial processes, cost control and reporting.
Candidate Profile
Strong commercial management experience within the construction sector.
Proven experience in contract administration, cost control, claims and commercial risk.
Previous UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing and developing commercial teams.
