About the Role A Commercial Manager of Offshore Service Operations will lead the commercial side of offshore service projects across Asia and Pacific, partnering with technical teams to drive financial performance, risk mitigation, and strategy delivery for the portfolio in Taiwan. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop teams of commercial project managers and project controllers
- Serve as the financial partner to the technical organization and own P&L for the offshore service backlog
- Drive cash management and financial reporting/planning at project and portfolio level
- Prepare financial scenarios for portfolio developments, risks, opportunities, and prioritization
- Ensure accurate project accounting and compliant books and records
- Define, develop, and implement portfolio strategy
- Manage contracts and claims to support settlements across projects
- Drive risk and opportunity management, including non-conformance costs reporting
- Build and lead a best-in-class team of CPMs & Project Controllers
- Ensure efficient early involvement of Commercial Project Management during Sales and Installation What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree or higher in economics, finance, business administration or related field
- 10+ years of financial experience, including 3-5 years in leadership with commercial project management, preferably in service sectors
- Solid PoC accounting experience
- Customer negotiations experience is an advantage
- Strong English skills (oral and written)
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Willingness to travel
- Good interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse cultures and functions
