Commercial Manager

As a Commercial Manager for DiDi Shop, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will manage the entire process from lead generation through to negotiation and ensure a smooth onboarding for new partners. Your proactive approach will help establish DiDi Shop as a leading choice in the market.

Also you will be a key stake holder to create, analize and implement commercial strategies with key partnerts to guarantee user value on DiDi Shop

In this role, you'll be...

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners into DiDi Shop.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
• Provide regular reports on KPI and business development activities to Leadership Team

• Proven experience ( +8 years ) in business development or sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
