Location

New York, NY — Hybrid. Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while collaborating in person with a talented litigation team in New York City.

Compensation: $260,000 to $390,000 annually, based on experience, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.

Note

Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar and have 2+ years of commercial litigation experience, including hands-on involvement in complex business disputes, contract disputes, or other commercial litigation matters.

Job Description

We're seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our New York team and help clients navigate sophisticated legal disputes.

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, breach of contract cases, and related matters.
• Draft compelling pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Develop effective litigation strategies alongside experienced attorneys.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues to deliver practical solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to move cases forward efficiently and successfully.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission required.

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.

• Experience handling complex business disputes, contract disputes, or other commercial litigation matters.

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

• Experience with substantive motion practice, depositions, or sophisticated litigation is highly valued.
