About the Role Join Coty's Commercial Internship Program in Barcelona to explore multiple traineeships within Luxury and Consumer Beauty. Depending on your profile, you'll be assigned to different areas of the commercial department, gaining exposure to Marketing, PR & Influencer Marketing, Visibility & Merchandising, Sales & E-commerce, Media & Digital, and Trade across Iberia. What You'll Do
- Support department-specific activities across Marketing, PR & Influencer Marketing, Visibility & Merchandising, Sales & E-commerce, Media & Digital, and Trade, depending on your placement.
- Learn about brand management, market analysis, and product launches in fragrance, color cosmetics, and skincare for Iberia.
- Assist with influencer marketing campaigns, PR plans, and campaign management with an analytical and creative approach.
- Contribute to in-store visibility execution and cross-functional collaboration with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Purchases, and Finance to ensure correct in-store execution.
- Gain experience in digital management and media strategies applied in Spain and Portugal. What We're Looking For
- Recently graduated or currently studying at a university, preferably in Barcelona; able to provide an agreement with the university for at least 6 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative with an analytical mindset, enjoys working with numbers and reports to drive business success.
- Communicative, fluent in Spanish and English; highly motivated to learn and add value.
- Team player, flexible, and courageous to take the lead.
