- Lead the department and drive growth for Ford commercial operations across the Midwest
- Develop relationships with fleet accounts and close sales
- Collaborate with dealership teams and management to implement sales strategies What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial truck/fleet sales and account management
- Ford Pro or Ford Commercial experience preferred
- CRM and Dealer Management System (DMS) experience
- Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license Nice to Have
- Ford Pro experience or Ford Commercial program familiarity (preferred) Compensation & Benefits
