Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working with financial data, reconciliations, and stakeholder enquiries?

We're looking for a Commercial Finance Support Analyst to join our team in BGC, Taguig, supporting an established Australian business.

In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring accurate financial transactions, managing supplier enquiries, resolving discrepancies, and supporting day-to-day commercial finance operations.

What You'll Do

• Process and validate rebate claims, invoices, and supporting financial documentation.

• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records.

• Respond to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate supplier information, trading terms, and financial data across internal systems.

• Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and related administrative requirements.

• Assist with month-end activities, financial reporting, and transaction processing.

• Monitor outstanding claims and enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Work closely with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and improve operational processes.

• Support the implementation and ongoing use of finance and rebate management systems.

• What We're Looking For

• Experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, vendor support, or a related administrative role.

• Good understanding of financial transactions, invoice processing, and reconciliation activities.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when investigating discrepancies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling stakeholder enquiries.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and adapt to new processes and systems.

• Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience with rebate claims, supplier funding, or commercial finance processes.

• Familiarity with SAP, Zendesk, or similar ERP and ticketing systems.

• Experience supporting Australian businesses or working in retail, distribution, or shared services environments.

• Direct rebate experience is not required. We welcome applicants with transferable finance operations experience who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
