Descrição:O PAPELEstamos procurando um(a) Supervisor(a) de Commercial Finance para liderar o processo de Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) da divisão de Retail Hair, garantindo disciplina financeira, governança e captura de valor das iniciativas comerciais, atuando como parceiro estratégico do negócio na tomada de decisões que impulsionem crescimento sustentável e rentabilidade.
A posição será responsável por transformar dados em insights e recomendações financeiras, liderar a gestão de performance da divisão e influenciar decisões junto às áreas Comercial, Marketing e Finanças. Além disso, terá papel fundamental no desenvolvimento da equipe, garantindo a evolução das capacidades analíticas, de business partnering e de gestão financeira da área.
