Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives at the intersection of finance, sales, and marketing? We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with Sales and Brand teams, turning financial insights into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🤝 Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive commercial performance and support business growth.
- 📊 Analyze sales volumes, revenue trends, promotional effectiveness, and overall business performance.
- 💰 Track and evaluate Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend, brand investments, and promotional discounts.
- 📈 Provide financial insights to support commercial strategy, budgeting, and investment decisions.
- 🎯 Monitor brand spend and promotional ROI to help optimize resource allocation and profitability.
- 🌎 Report to the Head of Commercial Finance, based in California, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).
They are located in Midtown, 3 days in with 2 days remote.
Compensation is based on experience:
The range is between $120k - $145k base + discretionary bonus + exceptional benefits!
Who are you?
- MUST have experience within the product based sector, ideally beverage/spirits space
- A minimum of a BA/BS in finance from a top accredited school
- 5+ years of experience.
Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial. He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
