About the Role We are seeking a Commercial Development support to build strong customer relationships and provide project and customer support with high efficiency and accuracy to maximize customer satisfaction. IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, delivering sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products. This position is located in 6th of October City, Egypt. The ideal candidate has typically 3-5 years of experience in sales service and/or supply chain and a bachelor’s degree.
What You'll Do
- Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with select customers and sales staff.
- Use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
- Build customer relationships at relevant levels and provide projects and customer support for issues with maximum efficiency and accuracy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Organize training of the new joiners.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years work experience in commercial and/or logistic, supply chain support roles in an international environment.
- 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Fluent in English and Arabic and French (speaking, writing and reading).
- Computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (moderate).
- Pricing strategy/negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus.
- SAP and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) experience is a bonus (in-house training will be provided).
