About the Role The candidate will be a Consultant within Accenture's Commercial Banking Consulting practice, focusing on Business and Technology Transformation in the wholesale lending space. This role designs and implements transformations that modernize operating models, processes, and technology to deliver measurable value for clients. What You'll Do
- Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations
- Design next generation experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients
- Manage project delivery and development of client deliverables/solutions
- Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces
- Develop our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings
- Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problem
- Travel, up to 80%, in the United States and Canada What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3+ years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
- Minimum of 2+ years of equivalent commercial credit industry experience (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management)
- Demonstratable experience being part of an nCino or Salesforce project delivery project or consulting engagement for commercial lending
- A Bachelor's degree Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with additional commercial lending platforms, e.g., Moody’s, Blooma, Built nCino or Salesforce certifications
- French language skills
- An advanced degree or financial industry certification
- Built next generation analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending Compensation & Benefits
