Job title: Commercial & Contract Manager

About the Role Role focuses on managing commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual issues for ANDRITZ projects from sales to contract execution, ensuring risk assessment and contract compliance, and coordinating with sales, legal and project teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage bonds and guarantees to be issued in sales and execution phases.
• Collaborate with sales to manage the insurance concept.
• Coordinate with sales and external/internal consortium agreements.
• Review and complete Digital SCAP filled by Sales.
• Support sales in preparing contract comments and negotiating with customers.
• Send to AH Tax department project presentation and tax concept request.
• Contribute to sales risk analysis (contract, supply chain matters).
• Support PM in preparing kickoff meetings for legal and insurance aspects, checking the contract (excluding technical part) to identify contractual risks and opportunities (deadlines and formalities).
• Execute commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual tasks.
• Participate in the take-over process (Sales → Contract Execution) including order intake calculation.
• Support foreign exchange management (Accounting).
• Support project cost controlling (Controlling).
• Support invoicing and accounts receivable management (Accounting).
• Provide contractual and financial inputs for claim management (support for maintenance of clear evidence and records).
• Insurance claim management and claim notification to group insurance.
• Support issuance and handling of shipping documents in collaboration with PLM.
• Support PM in preparing project reviews and participate.
• Administration of permanent establishment (local project office).
• Support with the implementation of essential commercial site processes and organization (cash management, banking and accounting, contract management), leading and training of the commercial site team (regular site visits mandatory).
• Involvement in sourcing concept and follow-up of financing requirements (ECA coverage, local content, FX risk, embargo restrictions).
• Collaboration with cross functions and service departments for drafting and negotiation of important subcontracts and consortium agreements.
• Provide commercial and contractual inputs to Project Logistics Manager for the logistics concept.
• Interfacing with legal department.
