Commercial Analyst

Ten Group
Colombia, Mexico Posted Oct 19, 2026
Full-time

About this role

  • At Ten Group, our goal is simple: to become the most trusted service business in the world. We are the global market leader in lifestyle management and concierge services, delivering exceptional experiences through a combination of proprietary technology and highly skilled people.

Overview

As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in translating commercial, operational, and performance data into meaningful business insights that support decision-making across our client portfolios.

You will work closely with Account Management, Finance, Data & Insights, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to consolidate and analyse data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond reporting numbers. You will be able to interpret what the data is telling us, understand the business context behind the results, and build a clear narrative around what they mean, why they matter, and what actions they may call for. You should be comfortable simplifying complex information, identifying underlying drivers, challenging assumptions, and translating analytical findings into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical skills are essential, but so is the ability to communicate with impact, influence stakeholders, and connect data with commercial priorities. This is not a pure data engineering or technical analytics role; the focus is on turning analysis into business understanding and better decisions.

What you'll do

  • Analyse commercial, financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.
  • Produce clear, accurate reporting and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Consolidate, validate, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives, explaining performance drivers, commercial implications, and the opportunities or risks they reveal.
  • Prepare performance reports, executive presentations, business reviews, and stakeholder materials that go beyond reporting metrics to communicate meaningful insights and conclusions.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking through accurate analysis and relevant business insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and investigations to answer business questions, explore underlying causes, and support informed decision-making.
  • Develop evidence-based recommendations that help stakeholders address performance gaps, capture opportunities, and improve commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Work with Account Management and operational teams to align on priorities, influence stakeholders, agree improvement actions, and track progress and results.
  • Adapt the communication of findings to different audiences, ensuring stakeholders understand not only what the data shows, but why it matters and how it should inform their decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to gather information, challenge assumptions, and deliver high-quality analysis aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • What we're looking for

  • Strong analytical skills: Experience analysing commercial, financial, operational, or performance data, identifying trends, investigating variances, and drawing meaningful conclusions.

  • Data storytelling and communication: The ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling business narratives, explaining what the findings mean, why they matter, and what their implications are.

  • Commercial acumen: An understanding of how performance metrics relate to business objectives, commercial opportunities, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.

  • Insight-driven problem-solving: The ability to investigate underlying drivers, connect information from different sources, question assumptions, and distinguish meaningful insights from surface-level observations.

  • Recommendations and business impact: Experience translating analysis into practical, evidence-based recommendations and helping stakeholders understand the actions they can take.

  • Stakeholder management: Confidence communicating with different audiences, including non-technical stakeholders, and adapting the level of detail and message to their needs.

  • Presentation skills: The ability to develop structured, engaging presentations that tell a clear story, support conclusions with evidence, and guide discussions towards decisions.

  • Technical proficiency: Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. The ability to work with multiple data sources and reporting systems is important.

  • Collaboration: Experience working across teams or functions, gathering input from different stakeholders, and aligning analysis with broader business priorities.

  • Attention to detail: A commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and quality, alongside the ability to recognise which findings are most relevant to the business.

  • English communication: The ability to communicate analytical findings and present insights clearly in English, including in meetings with international stakeholders.
