Develop scenario data modeling for large datasets and present findings and recommendations to sales management. Plan and prepare business, financial and data analysis and reports.
What You'll Do
- Build scenario-based models across commercial levers — including pricing, base cost, margin, and compensation — to quantify financial impact and inform annual planning and in-year strategy.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of reporting processes and business definitions to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Contribute to commercial AI and analytics initiatives — including the evaluation, piloting, and adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting, pricing, and reporting workflows.
- Track and report on modeled-vs-actual performance throughout the fiscal year, giving leadership consistent visibility into projected versus realized outcomes.
- Conduct year-over-year and run-rate analyses across the commercial portfolio, translating results into clear recommendations for sales and commercial leadership.
- Develop moderately complex reports and queries for sales management. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of sales and resource allocation and utilization.
- Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data.
