Job Duties
With general autonomy:
- Manages a staff of Procurement Contracts Specialists.
- Assigns contract tasks and requisitions to staff for execution.
- Ensures pricing analysis and contractor qualifications reviews are complete before award recommendations.
- Works with PSL and other Support Functions on developing contracting strategy.
- Represents department for contract claim disputes or other legal matters concerning contracts.
- Negotiates legal terms and conditions.
- Job role has budgetary accountabilities.
Qualifications

Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in an applicable field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
