About the Role Shoreline Amphitheatre is seeking a CCTV Operator to serve as the communications hub for emergency and non-emergency calls during events. The role requires calm, clear communication and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision to ensure timely transmission of information.
What You'll Do
- Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.
- Coordinate with venue management on issues requiring medical, security, or police attention.
- Log incident reports via the OnTrack system and maintain detailed, concise records.
- Log all two-way radio communications for security, medical, and police matters.
- Monitor venue CCTV during all event phases to ensure safety; maintain a log of incidents and investigate CCTV-based complaints.
- Observe visitors, patrons, and staff via CCTV to preserve order and protect property.
- Inform staff at pre-show meetings of pertinent information.
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record information.
- Work with a diverse group of coworkers across departments.

- Experience with CCTV monitoring and incident logging is a plus.
