Our goal is simple: Enable anyone to create professional-quality AI images, videos, and creative content without dealing with complicated workflows or infrastructure.

We're looking for talented ComfyUI Workflow Engineers & Creators who can design, build, and optimize cutting-edge AI workflows that will be deployed on our platform and used by real customers.

What You'll Build 🚀

You'll develop advanced, production-ready ComfyUI workflows across a wide range of AI creation use cases.

🎬 AI Video Generation & Filmmaking

• Lip-Sync & Talking Avatars: Realistic speech-driven facial animation and audio-to-video synchronization.
• AI Director Mode: Advanced camera controls, shot composition, camera movements, and cinematic scene generation.
• AI Short Films: Multi-shot video generation with consistent characters, environments, and visual storytelling.
• Character Consistency: Maintain consistent faces, clothing, identities, and styles across images and video sequences.
• Image-to-Video & Text-to-Video: High-quality cinematic video generation pipelines.
• Video-to-Video Transformation: Style transfer, video restyling, and motion-preserving transformations.
• Motion & Pose Control: Control character movements, gestures, expressions, and actions.
• AI Video Editing & VFX: Object replacement, background changes, inpainting, and visual effects. 🎨 Image Generation & Creative Workflows
• Advanced Image Generation: Professional text-to-image and image-to-image workflows.
• Consistent Character Generation: Reusable characters across different scenes, poses, and environments.
• Virtual Try-On: AI-powered clothing and fashion visualization.
• Product Photography: Studio-quality product images, lifestyle shots, and advertising creatives.
• AI Photoshoots: Consistent AI models, portraits, fashion photography, and virtual influencers.
• Image Editing: Inpainting, outpainting, background replacement, and object manipulation.
• Upscaling & Enhancement: High-resolution image restoration and detail enhancement. 🧠 Model Training & Advanced AI
• LoRA Training: Workflows for training custom characters, styles, products, and concepts.
• Dataset Preparation: Automated image captioning, tagging, and dataset processing.
• Multi-Model Pipelines: Combine multiple AI models into sophisticated generation workflows.
• ControlNet & Reference-Based Generation: Precise control over composition, depth, pose, and visual consistency.
• Automated Content Pipelines: End-to-end workflows for generating images, videos, and marketing content at scale. We're also interested in new, trending, and experimental AI workflows that can become popular features on HexGrid Cloud.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced, reusable, production-quality ComfyUI workflows.
• Research emerging generative AI models, custom nodes, and popular workflows from the open-source community.
• Convert complex ComfyUI graphs into simple, user-friendly workflows that customers can run with minimal configuration.
• Integrate the latest image, video, audio, and multimodal generation models.
• Optimize workflows for GPU memory consumption, inference speed, output quality, and reliability.
• Build modular workflows with configurable inputs, parameters, and predictable outputs.
• Test workflows across different models, resolutions, and GPU configurations.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to deploy workflows through HexGrid's cloud platform and APIs.
• Debug custom nodes, resolve compatibility issues, and maintain existing workflows.
• Document workflow requirements, dependencies, model downloads, and recommended settings.
• Continuously experiment with new AI techniques and turn promising ideas into useful, customer-facing products.

Important: We're not looking for someone who simply downloads workflows and runs them.

We want someone who understands how ComfyUI works internally, can create complex workflows from scratch, modify existing pipelines, troubleshoot challenging issues, and deliver workflows that are reliable enough to serve thousands of users.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with ComfyUI and advanced node-based workflow development.
• Deep understanding of generative AI image and video pipelines.
• Experience working with models such as FLUX, Wan, LTX-Video, HunyuanVideo, Stable Diffusion, or similar architectures.
• Experience with custom nodes, LoRAs, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, and model loading techniques.
• Ability to build multi-stage pipelines involving several models and processing steps.
• Experience optimizing workflows for different GPU/VRAM constraints.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently research, experiment with, and integrate new AI models.
• A portfolio showcasing complex ComfyUI workflows and actual generated outputs.

Good to Have:

• Python experience and ability to develop or modify custom ComfyUI nodes.
• Experience with ComfyUI API execution and automated workflow deployment.
• Experience with LoRA training frameworks and fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with diffusion models, video diffusion, and transformer-based generative models.
• Experience building AI filmmaking, character consistency, or advanced video-generation pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud GPU environments, Docker, and model deployment.
• Contributions to open-source ComfyUI projects or custom nodes.
