Color Scientist - Erlanger, KY
Position Summary:The individual holding this position should have working knowledge of Color Science in Food and Beverage applications, specifically with Colors Exempt from Certification (commonly known as Natural Colors), including common knowledge of raw materials and ingredients used in their creation. Also, a general understanding of formulation trouble-shooting and stability protocol for color and finished products is expected.
