About the Role The Coloplast Consumer Advisor provides support and education to end-users, caregivers, and clinicians regarding Coloplast products and services. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with field sales and consumer care teams to ensure excellent service. What You'll Do
- Respond to clinician and consumer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and letters in a prompt manner according to established service metrics.
- Acquire and demonstrate subject matter expertise to provide responses regarding product application and problem resolution to clinicians and end-users.
- Accurately document each end-user program enrollment in Coloplast systems per standard department procedures and maintain data quality through self-audits.
- Educate clinicians on Coloplast products in clinical settings by establishing and maintaining relationships with key clinicians.
- Communicate with end-users and clinicians about intimate health care issues and anatomical functions in a mature, consultative manner.
- Utilize available resources to stay current with industry developments and competitors' products, services, and business activities.
- Communicate and work as a team with the field sales representatives and consumer care team to ensure excellent service.
- Complete monthly inbound and outbound call activity goals.
- Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or a combination of at least 1-6 years’ experience in relevant roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to discuss intimate health topics in a professional, respectful manner.
- Experience with documenting data in customer service and clinical systems; attention to data quality and self-audit practices.
- Ability to educate clinicians and build relationships with key clinical partners; strong teamwork orientation.
- Comfort working in a clinical setting and with end-users; mature, consultative approach.
