This offer is a Collections campaign. You must find yourself comfortable calling customers to collect debt, negotiate payment arrangements, know how to use promises to pay, etc.
This is an on-site position. We are located across El Caballito.

Schedule:

As a Collections Representative, you need:

Experience in negotiating debt payments
Basic Excel needs is a MUST
Comfortability making outbound calls for collecting debt
Ability to collect full debt or portion of the debt on the phone
Basic knowledge on what "payment arrangements" and "promises to pay" are
You need strong skills in "probing questions", investigations skills and active listening
If you do not have experience in collections, a Finance background and strong call center customer service experience is a plus.
