About the Role In support of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), NATECH is recruiting for a Collections Manager to apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence consumers about collection developments. The role requires collaboration across the IC to optimize collection requirements and produce actionable analytic products and collection guidance. What You'll Do

  • Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform consumers of collection developments and relevancy through a range of products.
  • Collaborate across the IC to understand customer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize collection requirements.
  • Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements; support execution of collection plans to generate reliable intelligence.
  • Analyze data, produce visualizations, and develop models; use statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques to interpret ISR data sources.
  • Develop methods to evaluate whether collection requirements are satisfied using MOEs/MOPs; provide feedback on findings.
  • Identify collection gaps and opportunities; propose refined collection options and strategies.
  • Produce analyses identifying gaps in collection methods and model future collection scenarios for Collection Strategists, Intelligence Planners, and Collection Enterprise Architects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in statistics and packages such as Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R; demonstrate DoD/IC collection management course completion. What We're Looking For
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; relevant analytic experience (3+ years).
  • Proficiency with statistical tools (Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, R) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to produce analytic products and collection guidance; experience interpreting data and producing concise reports.
  • Knowledge of IC/DoD classification guidelines; ability to work semi-independently with oversight.
  • Strong logical reasoning, ability to defend analytic judgments, and ability to communicate complex issues clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Experience with structured analytic techniques (Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Red Team Analysis, etc.) and understanding of intelligence collection capabilities/limitations. Nice to Have
  • Minimum 3 years of analysis experience in the specific labor category; recent experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with collecting and evaluating intelligence reporting and developing collection requirements.
