About the Role
Volt is immediately hiring for a Collateralized Loan Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA. This role focuses on day-to-day oversight of assigned CLOs and loan portfolios to ensure high client experience levels, transaction management, and strong risk and relationship management. What You'll Do

Oversee CLOs/loan portfolios to ensure high client experience levels.

Transaction Management: Cash & Trade (Loans, Bonds, etc.).

Management Oversight: engage with Clients to ensure timely execution; Report review and preparation on CLO or loan portfolio performance; Monitoring of service levels.

Collaboration: maintain continuous dialogue with Lead Manager and Group Manager on the status of work by supporting teams.

Participate in Client Meetings, ensure minutes are captured and follow-up items closed out.

Develop strong working relationships with Front Office Relationship Managers.

Identify and resolve issues while serving as a high-level escalation point for complex situations and ensure resolution.

Employee Development: training of the support team on client and deal-specific requirements.

Partner with Global Group Managers to identify and streamline business operations.

Support efforts to enhance controls by standardizing relevant business processes and consistently managing/monitoring activities to ensure quality and accuracy.

Support key business programs, including business and process improvements to drive operational efficiencies and superior client service.

Serve as an escalation point and communicate effectively with internal shared services, external investment managers, brokers, and clients.

This role sets the direction and tone for client service administration elements of the business and drives overall client relationships and risk management.

Partner Management: proactively monitor and manage activities with business partners; hold regular meetings and escalate concerns. What We're Looking For

Experience in Corporate Trust or related in financial markets/securities industry (with specific experience in the role of facility/security agent).

Strong Client Management experience and ability to review deal governing documents.

Experience in Loans (syndicated, bilateral, real estate).

Solid understanding of the products administered by the group and thorough understanding of risk management and control practices.

Proactively monitor and manage activities performed within business partners.

Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.

Proficiency in using Microsoft packages, particularly Excel. Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
