Cold Chain Material Handler

About the Role At EVERSANA, the Memphis distribution center relies on a Cold Chain Material Handler to help ensure life-saving products are picked, packed and shipped within strict temperature controls. This role emphasizes accurate fulfillment and adherence to SOPs, inventory systems, and regulatory requirements to support hospitals, clinics and other clients.

What You'll Do

• Pick up all ticket orders using an RF scan device.
• Comply with all company SOPs and operate scanning devices.
• Closely monitor stock control systems and inventory accuracy.
• Process assigned orders and pack them per client work instructions.
• Ensure all orders are picked and managed accurately through digital scanners and our inventory system.
• Manifest and stage finished shipments per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain safety and follow temperature-controlled handling requirements in the warehouse.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment (preferred).
• Prior experience in picking/packing, sorting, loading/unloading, scanning, quality inspection, or related warehouse functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills (reading, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to follow instructions and work the required hours (40 hrs/week) with overtime as needed.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to cGDP and cGMP requirements.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to shift between tasks as priorities change.

• Experience working in ambient and cold chain storage environments.
• Comfort with a temperature-controlled environment year-round.
