Job title: Cold Caller
Location: Remote (South Africa/Cape Town) Job Type: Full Time Pay: $4 - $8 per hour
What you will do:
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team and ensure accurate calendar coordination.
- Maintain records. Keep accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching to strengthen your sales skills.
What is required:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Fast learner. Quickly understands new products, services, and sales techniques.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process while sounding authentic and conversational, rather than reading mechanically from a script.
