Cold Caller

We are hiring part-time cold callers to support the US relaunch of a B2B beauty-tech offer. Callers will phone spas, beauty salons, medical clinics, and pharmacies, present a smart mirror and mini lab offer quickly and clearly, and book meetings with interested prospects. The goal of each call is to book a meeting, not to close the sale.

This is a remote, part-time, hourly role of about 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday during US Eastern Time business hours, with no weekends. Callers work from a provided lead list, log all activity in the CRM, and are held to daily activity and results targets. The target start date is the first week of November 2026. Calling begins in Florida, with possible expansion to other US time zones later. The role can grow into self-prospecting and into full-time work.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100 to 125 cold calls a day to spas, beauty salons, medical clinics, and pharmacies
• Present the smart mirror and mini lab offer clearly and quickly on each call
• Book meetings with interested prospects
• Hand booked meetings over to the assigned team member
• Log every call, outcome, and next step in the CRM the same day
• Work from the provided lead lists (self-prospecting may be added later)
• Make B2B calls only; no B2C calls
• Work toward daily and weekly KPIs, with hours and productivity tracked through a time-tracking tool

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills, without a heavy accent
• Comfortable using a dialer and logging calls in a CRM
• Confident pitching to business owners and managers
• Available to start the first week of November 2026
• Available to work US Eastern Time business hours, Monday to Friday
• Performs well on a mock cold call in the 2nd interview
• Experience with a CRM-based dialer (preferred)
• Experience selling to spas, salons, clinics, or pharmacies, or in beauty, skincare, or wellness (preferred)
