Tenaris - Coiled Tubes Services Mill Spooling Operator
LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA
DEPARTMENT: OTHERS
Performs the operation of spooling the tubing onto the milling spool, in a safe manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
Main responsibilities
- Executes the spool setup and spooling pre-operation checklist.
- Works with SUCH to stage spools needed.
- Loads Spools onto the foundation.
- Performs spooling operation.
- Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance.
- Updates information in the tracking systems.
- Performs mill changeovers and assists in setups
Schedule:
- This position will be required to work on a rotating shift and to work overtime, holidays, shifts and weekends (if needed).
Preferred skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Familiar with operating a forklift

Familiar with operating an overhead crane

Ability to work in a team and maintain a good attitude

Familiar with ERW process and the Tubing Industry
