About this role

Coiled Tubes Services Auxiliary
Purpose
Performs coiling of tubing as well as assistance on the coiled tubes process, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
Executes change over and set up of the machine.
Performs machinery and area equipment operation.
Carries out and controls pipe coiling in the spool and spool HPU positioning.
Identifies and controls key quality aspects of product for final acceptance.
Applies inhibitor.
Performs material packaging installation.
Performs scrap evacuation.
Performs accessory installations, replacements, material handling.
Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance.
Identifies and interprets job instructions and activities from existing information systems.
Updates information in the tracking systems.
Qualifications for the Job
Heavy industrial and/or machine operator experience.
Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes days, nights and weekends.
Inspection/NDT experience is a plus
