About Stitch

Stitch is a mobile marketplace that connects content creators with local businesses through a simple swipe-to-match experience. Businesses can create campaigns, discover relevant creators, manage communication and agreements, approve content, and handle payments in one centralized platform.

We are initially focused on building the Stitch community throughout Dallas–Fort Worth, working with local restaurants, boutiques, salons, coffee shops, retailers, and lifestyle creators.

The Opportunity

Stitch is looking for a hands-on Co-Founder and Head of Growth to help turn an operating product into a growing marketplace. This person will work directly with the Founder and CEO to develop and execute the company’s customer-acquisition, marketing, partnership, and brand strategies.

This is an execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who wants to build campaigns, speak with customers, develop partnerships, test new ideas, measure performance, and take ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Stitch’s growth and market strategy

• Acquire and activate local businesses and content creators

• Build a consistent social-media and content strategy

• Develop partnerships with creators, agencies, events, and business organizations

• Plan and manage referral, influencer, email, and paid-media campaigns

• Turn successful collaborations into testimonials and case studies

• Conduct customer interviews and identify barriers to activation and retention

• Track acquisition costs, conversion rates, campaign creation, matches, and completed collaborations

• Work with the founder and development team to influence product priorities

• Represent Stitch at relevant DFW events and within the local creator community

• Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in growth marketing, creator marketing, partnerships, social media, community building, or customer acquisition

• A strong understanding of how brands and creators work together

• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup with limited resources and evolving priorities

• Willing to execute directly rather than only develop strategy

• Strong communicator who can build relationships with business owners and creators

• Analytical enough to test ideas, interpret results, and improve performance

• Located in or closely connected to the Dallas–Fort Worth area preferred

• Previous startup, marketplace, local-business, restaurant, beauty, retail, or influencer-marketing experience is especially valuable
