About the Role This on-campus role at Regent University's Coffee House supports a faith-based environment focused on academic excellence. The Student Worker assists with cafe operations through customer service, food and beverage preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized space, while handling register duties. This is a part-time, on-campus position. What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers professionally and hospitably.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized coffee shop area and restock inventory as needed.
- Manage the register and process order requests. What We're Looking For
- Restaurant or barista experience preferred.
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification (sponsored by 77 Coffeehouse if not already obtained).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
