About the Role We are seeking a Mechanical Department Coordinator for our CoE at the Aprilia plant in central Italy. The role will plan and manage the mechanical CoE activities, from material acquisition requests to spare parts management, to support customers and Closures plants. It also involves supervising, assembling and installing closure systems and capsule production lines. What You'll Do
- Plan and manage CoE mechanical department activities, from component acquisition requests to spare parts management for machinery
- Supervise, assemble and install closure systems and line/machines for capsule production
- Supervise and optimize work planning by assigning resources to various jobs
- Actively participate in technical solutions and development/improvement of machines
- Ensure on-time delivery, manage emergencies, and support CTS
- Collaborate in the management of mechanical spare parts supply What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating mechanical departments or CoEs in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to plan, organize and optimize maintenance and assembly workstreams
- Knowledge of closure systems and capsule production lines is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet tight delivery deadlines and manage emergencies Nice to Have
