Key Responsibilities

Operate tablet coating equipment in accordance with approved SOPs.

Prepare and handle coating solutions as specified in approved batch manufacturing records.

Monitor critical coating parameters throughout the coating process.

Ensure uniform coating and compliance with approved product specifications.

Clean and maintain coating equipment and the manufacturing area.

Record all production activities and report deviations to the appropriate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical tablet coating.

Practical knowledge of tablet coating processes and equipment.

Familiarity with coating pan operation, coating solution preparation, and spray systems.

Understanding of coating parameters, including inlet and outlet temperatures, spray rate, atomization pressure, and pan speed.

Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing documentation.

Ability to maintain accurate production records and comply with quality standards.
