About the Role The Coat Check Attendant plays a key role in maintaining and securing the Coat Check area at all times, while delivering excellent customer service to guests, clients and fellow associates in a live entertainment venue. What You'll Do
- Serve as a resource of information for all Guests and Members regarding their experience in the music area.
- Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively with others to enhance guest and member experience.
- Balance tickets issued to revenue.
- Articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience.
- Maintain clean and organized coatroom.
- Place coat check tabs on hangers in numerical order.
- Anticipate guests' needs.
- Adherent to venue dress code policy.
- Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibility.
