About this role
A one-paragraph overview: The Co-Manager II is responsible for selling floor leadership with the overall goal of customer satisfaction. They act as second in command, assisting the Store Manager in the overall running of an individual store. Reports To: Store Manager. Supervises: Assists Store Manager with key holders and all store associates.
Responsibilities
- People Development
- Recruitment & Retention: Network, recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-quality management and associates to fill store profiles and support succession planning.
- Training Completion: Ensure all associates complete training per company guidelines.
- Leadership by Example: Lead by example by training, developing, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising, and delivering the customer experience.
