CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer (HAAS) – Full-Time

Pay: $18–$24/hr (DOE)

Schedule: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Mineola, TX

We are seeking a CNC Programmer with experience in HAAS equipment to join our team. This role focuses on programming and supporting CNC milling and lathe operations in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC plasma cutters, lasers, and waterjets according to detailed blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Load programs, adjust offsets, and select appropriate cutting consumables and fixtures to complete precision parts.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, accurately clock in and out of work orders, and perform material handling.
• Experience operating a CNC brake press is highly desirable and considered a strong bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong CNC plate table and tube laser skills, combined with a solid understanding of precision metalwork and tolerances.
• Ability to use tape measures, calipers, and other precision inspection instruments effectively.
• Familiarity with CNC controls, CAM software, plasma/laser machine setups, and following strict blueprint specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to work 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Steel-toe boots required

• Must follow dress code (no cut-off sleeves, no shorts)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
