About the Role The CNC Operator & Shop Technician role supports Stanley Black & Decker's manufacturing operations in Valley City, OH. This position focuses on operating CNC equipment and assisting on the shop floor to ensure efficient production.
What You'll Do
- Operate CNC machines and support shop floor operations
- Conduct basic setups and perform routine inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating CNC equipment or in a manufacturing/shop environment (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail, quality-mindedness, and safety awareness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
