Job Description

CNC Operator 1st Shift | Full-Time | Seacoast NH Area Leddy Group is seeking a CNC Operator to join a growing, family-owned manufacturing company in the Seacoast area. Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and auxiliary equipment to produce parts according to blueprint specifications
• Perform post-machining operations including deburring, filing, and sanding
• Inspect components using measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, and indicators
• Record and report production information using the company's ERP system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the Cell Lead
• Perform basic machine maintenance checks
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of CNC machine operating experience required
• Experience machining metal components preferred
• Ability to read and use measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Flexible start and end times available within operating hours of 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities available, including extended weekday hours and occasional Saturday mornings (not mandatory)
