Job title: CNC Lathe/Mills Machine Operator
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines according to work instructions and production requirements.
- Load and unload materials and components into machines.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
- Assist with other shop duties as needed.
This is a Full-Time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Current CNC machine operating experience is required.
- Experience operating CNC milling machines preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine shop practices and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good attendance and reliability are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as require.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent oral / written communication
- Ability to work as a team or independently.
Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM
Days: Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday
Pay Rate: $25.00
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
