About the Role At Logan Health Brendan House, we are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care in a skilled nursing setting. You will provide basic resident care under supervision, promote comfort and safety, and help the care team deliver compassionate service in a safe, clean environment. This role focuses on meaningful resident connections and teamwork. What You'll Do
- Assist in delivering basic resident care under the guidance of assigned leadership, including activities of daily living.
- Obtain and report vital signs and document care accurately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; restock supplies and ensure equipment cleanliness and safety.
- Communicate with nursing leadership and team members to coordinate resident care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations.
- Support compliance with Medicare and applicable regulatory standards. What We're Looking For
- Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
- Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
- Understanding of confidentiality laws governing the provider-patient relationship, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Preferred: Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain within six months of hire if applicable to the assigned area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to set priorities; able to function independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to confidentiality and a team-focused environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn other software systems. Nice to Have
