About the Role Logan Health is seeking a part-time CNA for the Shelby LTC PRN role in Conrad, MT. The CNA provides basic nursing care under supervision and assists with activities of daily living to support patient well-being and coordinate care with the team. Shift: Variable; Schedule: 8- or 12-hour shifts; PRN coverage to support busy periods, employee absences, and vacations. What You'll Do
- Deliver and assist in basic patient care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership and applicable area(s).
- Communicate with assigned leadership to coordinate workloads and patient priorities.
- Perform CNA assessments, take vital signs, and inform appropriate stakeholders of abnormal findings or changes in condition per department protocol.
- Maintain patient privacy as defined by Logan Health policies and procedures.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living as applicable.
- Accurately document care rendered to the patient per department procedures.
- Maintain inventory, restock rooms, supply areas, and ensure equipment safety and cleanliness as applicable.
- Help maintain compliance with Medicare and all applicable regulatory standards.
- Work with stakeholders to set and maintain priorities for patient care tasks.
- Assist with administrative duties and day-to-day operations per department procedure.
- Promote a safe and therapeutic environment and provide personal care per department procedures.

- Current Montana CNA certificate required.
- RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and patient privacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with diverse audiences and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated integrity, kindness, empathy, and teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-starter with critical thinking; able to set priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed. Compensation & Benefits
