Pay: $18.50–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-Time
Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team!
As a CNA, you play an incredibly important role in the lives of our residents. From providing hands-on care to offering encouragement and a familiar smile, you help create an environment where residents feel respected, comfortable, and cared for.

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate and respectful hands-on care
- Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Respond promptly to resident needs
- Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the licensed nursing team
- Support residents with comfort, safety, and daily routines
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming care environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current California CNA certification
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality care
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
