What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Required:

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
