Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Status: Full Time Shifts: All Shifts Available Compensation: $23-26 and up DOE Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, hands‑on care to residents in accordance with their care plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators

• Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory guidelines

• Create a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff

• Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of California

• Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team

• Strong communication, reliability, and compassion

• Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required

• Must pass background check and health screening in accordance with state regulations
